Today, we visited a company, Global Fire Equipment (link), which is our partner in the project CanSat.

We were very well received by the director of human resources and then the owner of the company. Who was the one who guided us throughout the company.
In the beginning we started to see how the plates were created of Computer Hardware, started with just a printed circuit board (wikipédia) and ending with the plates complete with all electronics. In the assembly area, we also had the first contact with some workers, when we raised some doubts about the assembly process and the common question of "why is it good for?". They being very helpful to us withdraw our doubts.

Then we went strolling by the company, seeing various parts of detentions of errors, possibly caused by machinery, so that all equipment that leaves the factory it is in perfect condition.
And we finished our visit in the area of software development, where due to the high difficulty of our project-level software, professional programming gave us some tips. They also explained some techniques, and then gave their contact for possible "requests for help" on our side.

This contest it is a competition organized by ESA (European Space Agency) in which students have to apply their knowledge of physics and chemistry and idealize / build a "satellite" in the shape of a can, which will be released at 1km altitude. The "satellite" in the process of falling must perform predetermined tasks. Through this competition, ESA hopes to inspire a set of activities CanSat in all member states, as well as to encourage dialogue and interaction between teams of students from different countries.
